IO Interactive have confirmed that they are to make the first episode of Hitman free to download on PC, PS4 and Xbox One.
This isn’t a limited-time offer and is available to download today. The first level is called The Playground. It comes with 2 main story missions, 2 escalation contracts and over 40 challenges, as well as 17 achievements/trophies to unlock.
They are also lowering the price of the full game by 60%. Anything you save in the first level will be carried over into the Full Hitman game if you decide to buy it.
This is IO Interactive’s first announcement since they became an Independent Studio, after their split from Square Enix.
