Following from I dropped off in my last article; Highlights: E3 2015 Live Conference: Part 1, the remaining conferences were Ubisoft, Sony, Nintendo and Square Enix. As we already reviewed about some of the biggest announcement at the E3 Conference, let’s continue with:
Ubisoft
Not much about games were actually mentioned until the half hour mark where South Park The Fractured But Whole (lol get it?) was announced and it got the attention of the crowd instantly. For Honor soon followed and it looked interesting enough with their Medieval warfare. The Trials Fusion Awesome Level Max was then showcased and the trailer looked like nothing you ever have seen before, you literally have a cat holding a gun, riding on a purple haired unicorn, that can breathe fire with a double rainbow above them… Yes, you read that correctly and though you might want to re-read that again. The Division (dystopia setting) and Anno 2205 (futuristic setting) gameplay were shown, followed by Rainbow Six Siege. It had a clean cinematic storyline but the gameplay was meh compared to all the other FPS that was showcased, IÂ guess you can’t have everything. Trackmania Turbo was up next and the racing tracks looked insanely cool, gravity defying type of cool. Assassin’s Creed Syndicate Trailer was shown and it was incredible as expected, they have a way with choosing the perfect soundtracks. Finally, we have Ghost Recon Wildlands to conclude the Ubisoft conference.
Trailers include:
- South Park The Fractured But Whole
- For Honor Trailer, Gameplay
- Trials Fusion Awesome Level Max
- The Division
- Anno 2205 Trailer, Gameplay
- Rainbow Six: Siege Trailer, Gameplay
- Trackmania Turbo Trailer, Gameplay
- Assassin’s Creed: Syndicate
- Ghost Recon: Wildlands
Sony
It’s official, The Last Guardian is no longer a myth, people wanted to this game every year and a sneak peak of the gameplay was finally revealed to start off the conference. A new franchise called Horizon was next introduced, the battle system really interested me and there’s a solid storyline too which is always a plus. Showcase of future games coming to Ps4 includes Street Fighter 5, No Man’s Sky, then Fire Watch and Destiny. Sony created a new ps4 function called Dreams which allows you to create animations like never before. The demo was so beautiful and the sky is really the limit here. Yu Suzuki made a surprise announcement that the classic cult Shenmue 3 will be on Kickstarter. Project Morpheus (VR Headset) followed next. Sony seemed to have partnered with Spotify for their music and created Vue which offers tv channels of your choosing. The intense gameplay of Call of Duty: Black Ops IIIÂ and Uncharted 4 was last shown and it’s everything you expect it would be. The gameplay for Uncharted 4 was very smooth and I think many fans would be pleased with this newest instalment to the massively successful franchise.

Nintendo
I’m going to be honest, Nintendo’s conference this year was not the best, the whole thing was confusing with lots of WTF moments. Many of the games were revealed already but none the less, I’ll put up all the trailers below. Don’t get me wrong, there were some very good games like FireFox Zero and Super Mario Maker, which was pretty cool but it just didn’t appeal to me all that much. I was quite looking forward to the Animal crossing games but that was until I realised they were only spinoffs.  Overall I was a little disappointed by the conference but there were three games that really appeal to me, they were without doubt Fire Emblem, Genei Ibun Roku and Xenoblade Chronicles X.
- Star Fox Zero
- The Legend of Zelda: Tri-Force Heroes
- Hyrule Warriors Legends
- Metroid Prime: Federation Force
- Fire Emblem Fates
- Genei Ibun Roku
- Xenoblade Chronicles X
- Animal Crossing: Happy Home Designer
- Animal Crossing: Amiibo Festival
- YO-KAI WATCH
- Mario & Luigi: Paper Jam
- Mario Tennis: Ultra Smash
- Super Mario Maker
Square Enix
This is also Square Enix’s first conference and IÂ think they did a great job considering the language barrier most of them had. Just Cause 3 was first showcased, the protagonist (Rico Rodriguez) using his iconic grappling hooks was seriously so broken. He can also practically use any vehicles and weapons you can think of as if he wasn’t strong enough. NieR New Project was then introduced as we see a sneak peak of the artwork which looked wonderful, Square Enix really has one of the best visuals and prettiest characters design in gaming. Rise of The Tomb Raider was shown next and they managed to push the graphics even further than the Tomb Raider reboot in 2013. Behind the scene goodies were also shown to explain just how they pushed the realism in detail. A new mobile game called Lara Croft was then announced. Up next, was undoubtedly the biggest announcement for all of the conference, a remake of Final Fantasy 7 and Kingdom Hearts 3 as the fans scream in excitement at the background. I can talk about those two games for hours but I’ll refrain myself for now and simply say that they were glorious. Moving on, we have World of Fantasy (Chibi version game with iconic characters) and Hitman. Star Ocean – Integrity and Faithlessness and lastly Deus Ex Mankind Divided was showcased. Many upgrades were added and players choice has become a large element to this latest instalment of Deus Ex.

- Tomb Raider, Behind the scenes
- Lara Croft GO
- Final Fantasy VII Remake
- Kingdom Hearts III
