Sony Xperia 1 brings 4K back with a 21:9 OLED panel that aims to resonate with the public's love of streaming movies/TV on the go and the increasingly complexity and depth of mobile gaming.

Sony's marketers certainly haven't been stretching the truth - the 21:9 aspect ratio is definitely the standout feature of Xperia 10. Whether or not an individual user will avail of it often enough to warrant it is a different story.

Nokia impress with their upcoming offerings. The 8110 is solid and snappy. Nokia 6 and 7plus carry a unique and attractive physical design that should help them stand out. At €249 and €399 respectively, they are a pair to be reckoned with.

Huawei's 'other' flagship is a better prospect than P20 Pro - Mate 20 Pro is superior in most areas; beating the previous camera champion, increasing stamina and running Pie 9.0 from day one.
